The Worship Leader Coaching Program (outlined below) is an exclusive six-month program.

About the Program

Experience personalized Worship Leader Coaching where you will become a powerful and clear communicator, an effective disciple maker, learn how to prioritize and maximize your week, and how to find rest in an overworked and underpaid role. We will also help you navigate challenging relationships with staff and volunteers, as well as help you foster an amazing relationship with your lead pastor. With over 60 years of experience combined our Coaches understand the weekly grind of worship leading. Let us help you become the best worship leader you can be!

What you can expect:

You can expect to be challenged in both your personal and professional life to reflect your identity in Jesus Christ on and off stage. You will get a tailored growth strategy that is personalized for your growth and the growth and effectiveness of your worship team. You can also expect to understand the heart and mission of The Worship Coalition, in hopes that you will join us in the mission to “Raise up an army of worshippers to shake and change nations and governments.”

This program has an intense focus on discipleship with a moderate workload on strategic homework. This is not for the everyday song leader. This is for someone who is called to leading a community in worship, is teachable, and is ready to invest in their future for their long-term success.

• (2) 1 hour coaching calls per month
• (1) 2-hour Online Group Session with your worship team
• 2 Sunday Service video evaluations per month
• 1-year access to Master Class Tutorial Videos

• Ability to apply to The Worship Coalition as a coach after completing coaching
